Sense has died without cause

I bought my Sense on December 28th 2021 and it has completely died today with no apparent cause. It won't charge either. I've tried troubleshooting, but nothing has worked.

Hi @Lydia.Ricci.1 - do check the cleaning and charge cable which often fail, see how How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen 

 

If when you are charging the device gets hot stop immediately as it is dangerous.
