Hi guys,
I have the problem that my Fitbit Sense randomly jumps to pause in the middle of the training (bootcamp, running or workout) and I have to actively press the "continue" button on the display to proceed.
This is especially annoying when I'm doing a 60 minute workout and after 5 minutes the watch just jumps to pause without me noticing.
Is it because im receiving (WhatsApp) notifications during the workout or what is the reason for this strange behavior?
I have found some similar threads for older/other Fitbit models, but the "Auto Pause" option in the settings of the app (or in the watch) is apparently not available for the Fitbit Sense.
Also at https://www.fitbit.com/settings I am not able to edit the "Auto Pause" option.
What can I do? Has anyone had similar experiences?

@Andaz Have you tried adjusting the settings from your sense -
Go to the settings - scroll down to "Quiet Modes" & select on for "Focus mode" It should mute notifications & calls only during an exercise session.
You can also swipe right to get to your shortcuts and select do not disturb before you start your workout. (you would just have to remember to turn dnd back off afterwards)
Hope this helps.

Thank you @kawaiiko!
I have just enabled the Focus Mode (it was disabled).
Hopefully this is the solution for my issue. I will test it in my next workout.
