I just finished setup of my sense on an iPhone 11 and the only notification that I received are txt messages.  No other notifications appear on the watch but display like normal on phone.

I am able to answer calls get txt message but that’s it.  What can be done to correct this issue?

@Stubborn1, thanks for your efforts while troubleshooting your Sense, as well for checking the App notifications settings on the Fitbit app. While it's odd only the call and text messages notifications are working, give a try to the following steps:

  1. Remove the Sense from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app. For iOS devices, see this article.
  3. Restart your watch.
  4. On your phone's settings, tap Notifications and make sure:
Show Previews is set to Always or When Unlocked for Fitbit, Phone, Messages, Calendar and any other preferred app.
There is a check mark below Notifications Center.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  6. Tap your profile picture > Sense > Notifications and test your watch.

Let me know how it goes.

Did you setup your app notifications? I'm not familiar with iStuff, but on Android, you have to separately setup notifications for your apps. I believe it's in roughly the same place as the call/ text notifications.

Have you looked under the App Notifications and enabled the apps that you want to receive on the wrist?

I have. Even deleted my old versa in case there was a conflict of systems.

Hi @LizzyFitbit

Using step 6 and making adjustments within the notification section here allowed me to receive my notifications on my sense. I had to activate the toggles.

Thank you.
