Hi
I have a new Fitbit sense and it keeps un pairing with my Samsung galaxy s9. And keeps wanting to be synced all the time for it too work. It’s very annoying because when I want to use the find my phone feature I can’t!
Also notifications stop and the pedometer is very inaccurate
I have deleted the app and installed again.
Has latest software

@Marshmellow111 - your watch needs to be running in background for its features to work properly, otherwise the watch has no means if talking with the App.
Check your battery optimization is not shutting down the App or Bluetooth.
It will work fine if the phone configuration is correct.

@Marshmellow111 - battery optimization has to be disabled, or in the Fitbit App battery settings allow background activity is enabled.
Press and hold the Fitbit App launch icon, select App info, and battery.
