Sense not charging

Help! Proud owner of ‘new’ (August 21) Sense but now it’s dead. Wont charge, tried the various suggestions, cleaning, rebooting, manipulating the cable etc but alas no charge. Any suggestions please?

Had same problem, called fitbit, they just mailed me a new charger, under warranty ..  bought a few extra online.. but the charges seem to die out after 6 months of use.. least I'm on my 3rd one 😆

Cheers Frank, charger as in new lead/4pin connector? How did you contact Fitbit?

IF your charger isn’t working msg Fitbit support and get a new one. They will send it to you FERE

Hi @Rob916 - you can chat to support, via the Fitbit App , click the profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.

But make sure you say the charger is faulty otherwise they may ask you to send back your good watch for replacement which can be a long drawn out process.

 I didn't do it, my wife took care of it. I just sat here playing in VR lol..  if you registered it.. you can go to that area and find info.. should be right on the fitbit.com webpage?
