My fitbit sense. Is fully charged but only the logo appears on the screen... how to troubleshoot this problem?

It might have been factory reset - try in the Fitbit App, click on the profile photo and then "+ Set up a Device"

No solution, but this has been happening to mine too since yesterday morning. I’m trying to figure out what’s going on.

Do you get a message to setup with the app?
Tried restarting while charging?
You may have to contact support.
