Charged my Sense yesterday and now it is stuck on the start screen (dots) and the 'button' is not working.
1)I know the 'button' is finicky, I have put it on my wrist and tried different postitions.
2)Held the 'button' for several minutes. Never got the vibration response.
3)Remove the Fitbit app from my phone and tried to search for a new device with Bluetooth on - no response.
Why is there no push-button reset hoe?

Sorry to hear about this and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I suggest you try setting it up again via the Fitbit App on your phone (you won't be able to set it up via the bluetooth settings). Feel free to follow these instructions to set up your Sense again.

I should have also stated that I had tried that as well - but it would not sync as it didn't see the Sense.
Good news - after displaying the Fitbit logo for almost a day - the battery was drained. Plugging it in to charge - gave me my Sense back. I was able to setup the Fitbit app again. I do not know why it stopped on the logo screen - but glad it is back.
