Bluetooth disconnected last night on phone.   Can't connect this morning.   Have turned off the phone off and tried to reconnect to bluetooth twice!  Help!

I agree 100%. Too bad, because if it delivered what it promised, it would be a great watch.

Same with me! I've tried everything

Connect it to wifi within the app and then connect the bluetooth.  For whatever reason this worked for me. Good luck.

Personally I think FitBit should give us an incentive, maybe a year of premium and a coach trial.  They knowingly, falsely advertised this product. It really makes me sad.  Fitbit has been a great product in the past and their customer service has been excellent until now and at a time when we all NEED to feel safe amd not taken advantage of.

I ended up returning the sense and purchased the Garmin Venu...I’m obsessed!  It’s amazing and exactly what I was looking for in a fitness/smart watch.

I'm glad you found something that works and that you love. I have taken every last piece of advice on this dang watch that I can find and still nothing. I am going to Best Buy tomorrow to look at the Garmin Venu. Thanks so much for all of your help.

Let us know. I may look at it myself and just send the sense back for a refund.  Customer service are not being very helpful when and if you are able to connect.

I really wanted it to work, but after two days of trouble shooting and reading reviews, I decided to go ahead with the refund. I hope you’re happy with whichever one ends up working out for you. 🙂

Hi,

Yes it did resolve. There have been two updates since I purchased my Sense.
With each update the disconnect has become better. Initially though I
deleted my Sense from my Fitbit account, Linked it to WIFI, then Bluetooth
and reloaded the start-up. I have done this on three occasions and it works
every time. Since the last update my Sense has not disconnected. I am now
connected to voice control over Google Assist and this is running perfect. I
nearly ran out of patience and was ready to return it but now I am more than
happy.

I have not been able to resolve this problem at all. I have tried
everything that people have recommended. I’m calling customer service
tomorrow and if they can’t help then I am returning it.

I spoke to Customer Service (after 2 tries) and they resolved.  Had to turn off device, delete device entirely from Bluetooth on phone and then pair again.  However less than 2 minutes later Blue tooth disconnected from Sense control - i reconnected ok and then it disconnected from Sense and I could not get it to reconnect.  I have now rung them and told them that I am returning the device.  My view is if something costs nearly $500 (AUS) it should not  be this hard to get it to do what it is advertised as doing.  The customer service operator gave me a case number which will hopefully help with a refund as I purchased from a retail store not FitBit direct.  Good luck

Thank you.  I am much less patient than you.  I spoke to Customer service and after deleting and re - pairing device  it worked for less than two minutes and disconnected both Sense and Sense control.  While sense control would reconnect Sense would not and it keeps disconnecting so I am done.  Have spoken to them and have case number to sort refund from retail store.  Thank you for replying.

Completely delete sence from he Fitbit app. Turn the sense watch off. Re
start. Connect to wifi. And reload to the app. Then restore Bluetooth. Make
sure you use a computer to activate all the options and apps for sense. The
app does not allow you to maxonise services. My has been ex ellent since I
worked that out.

Never did resolve. I tried every single thing that everyone has tried and recommend. Never worked. I returned it and ordered a Garmin watch.

I am going to return it too.  They have clearly gone to market too early with this.  Not prepared to muck around trying to resolve at this price

I bought my sense at the end of December and I'm already having problems with it connecting to Bluetooth.  Luckily restarting my watch has worked so far.  anymore problems and I will be returning mine too.  I cant get Sense controls to connect and lots of the features when I click on them the app closes.  I've had fitbits for years now, so I'm disappointed.

I got mine in November and am still hoping fitbit will stand up to its reputation and fix the issues.  I am too trustworthy in a lot of ways I just now they don't let us down.

For step 3, I didn't restart my watch and it still reconnected, so I didn't lose any data from the 2 days it was not connecting.

This has happened so many times since I got it in October. When is Google Fitbit going to provide a firmware patch to fix this issue?
