In the last 24hrs my “app” notifications are not notifying my Sense. I have shut down / restart/ resync/ reconnected as per all advise. Bluetooth & internet connections perfect. Calls will notify my sense. I have done everything except a factory reset which I would hope to avoid. Any advise please?

If you recently reinstalled the Fitbit App
In the phone Fitbit App Click on profile photo [top left] Device photo [middle left] Notifications And verify the top 4 Notification items are correctly defined. Also App notifications and select any apps you want to hear from. |
Don't factory reset the watch, it may not survive, unless instructed by Fitbit Support
