My sense will not sync. Last sync was 2 hours ago. Not getting call notification on my watch . Any help?

In addition to @SunsetRunner's great recommendation, please see Why won't my Fitbit device?
If you manage to sync your Sense, the notifications should come through as well. If they are not though, see Why are notifications delayed or missing?

It's possible to restart your precious tracker if not already tried.
From the fitbit article: How do I restart my fitbit device?
Press and hold the button* for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button.
