Sense won't sync

My Fitbit Sense last synced this morning at 12:04am bst. Is fitbit down? Any suggestions welcomed.

Hi, if the sync between the watch and the phone via Bluetooth stops working then there is a procedure to reestablish it.

 

As a first step try toggling Bluetooth on the phone.

 

If that doesn't work try

 

Logout of Fitbit app [click profile photo, top left, scroll to bottom]

Shut down watch [ Swipe left, Settings, at the bottom, Shutdown]
Reboot phone
Start watch [Hold button till it vibrates and wait for Logo and clock to appear]
