Sp02 tracker isn’t showing up on health metrics

When I go into the health metrics under the sp02 tracker, I have the you need to install the watch face or the app message. I already have both installed and I’ve tried reinstalling them, disconnecting the Bluetooth connection to my iPhone and reconnecting, restarting my phone....

do you have the watch face in use that is the Sp02 tracker watch face and i noticed it tracks when you are sleeping also i noticed it does a slightly better tracking if you turn on sleep on the watch as you go to bed  hope that little bit of info helps ya. Take it with a grain of salt this info.

I'm having the same issue, I've always use a sp02 clock face since I've got my Versa 3. It updated to the latest firmware about a week or two ago but the last 4 days, the sp02 metric is not showing in the app. But my clock it's showing the % (I know it's not a clock bug because it's been changing 1-2% every night.

 

I don't know how to fix this, the problem it seems its on the app.
