So in Health Metrics for SPO2 all I get now is:
Download Clock Face (Link)
Download SPO2 Tracker App (Link)
Neither of which solved the issue.
Since 2 days ago.
Really annoying!

Not a problem with the latest update. Worked fine since latest update a month ago, until 2 days ago.
Somebody had their fingers in the server code and broke it. Not good.
Moderator edit: word choice
Happened to me AGAIN yesterday. SPO2 shows on watch, but not in metrics. Last time rebooting (not a factory reset but holding the button dow reset) the device seemed to fix it. This time I have done that 3x to no avail. Have quit the device, logged in and out turned Bluetooth on and off etc. App says it is up to date so there is nothing to update.
1. Yes it is
2. Yes they do, but for entertainment purposes only
3. call them and they will nicely tell you they know about the issue and there is nothing they can do.
I have this issue too. I also don't have any SpO2 data at all. I had a chat about the data being 2 days behind with support on Friday and they did something. Now I have no data at all, as well as your issue with being told to download the watch face etc.
I also have no data in the temperature section where it is supposed to show what your actual temp is (not just the deviation from base).
How often is the sense supposed to take your 0xygen saturation? Does it only take it at night?
Best AnswerAlthough my watch does take the oxygen saturation measurement, in Health Metrics its graph is not shown, only download clock face and download SPO2 tracker app appear, I downloaded what it asked me again, I uninstalled the Fitbit application and I still have the same problem
Best AnswerI am glad to know this is a Fitbit problem and not my watch. I am seeing the exact same message. I have downloaded different clock faces, reset the watch and did a factory reset , uninstalled the Fitbit app and nothing worked. I just rebooted my phone and it still is the same, it started 3 days ago for me.
UPDATE!!!! July 20th Tues.... mine is working again
Like @SunsetRunner I also have the same issue. My Premium subscription ended as I wasn't going to spend another cent until the existing bugs were fixed including intermittent SpO2 recording and now the entire feature has been removed.
I've got both the SpO2 app and clockface installed. I also did a complete reset and reinstalled the phone app thinking it was a glitch with the Premium subscription ending and nothing. The Fitbit phone app tells me to download a clockface and app despite already havibg done so.
Quite disappointing. I am an early adopter of the Sense and it was working well until the first glitches started happening 6 months ago with no sign of fixes.
Yup @Dutch125. Same issue here.
Health Metrics data is showing me that same message.
I did a reset and reinstall of the phone app as well as resetting the Bluetooth and it did nothing to fix the situation.

Did everything everybody suggested, nothing worked.
My comment of someone dickin’ with the server stands.
I will not continue the Premium when the freebie runs out unless they fix
this real quick.
Perhaps a couple thousand people will do the same. Maybe then they will pay
attention.

I have noticed it on my sense as well.
