So in Health Metrics for SPO2 all I get now is:
Download Clock Face (Link)
Download SPO2 Tracker App (Link)
Neither of which solved the issue.
Since 2 days ago.
Really annoying!

Same issue here too. I have had my Sense for 8 months and this is the first time the SpO2 has not appeared in the Health Metrics/SpO2 tracker in my Android app. I think this just started happening about 4 days ago now (didn't really pay attention as I thought it was just a one time thing, but it's been ongoing for 4 days straight now).
I've done all the usual tricks: Force Stop the app, clear the cache. Log off and one, restart the phone, restart the Sense, etc..etc..etc.. no help.
I'm in Canada if that makes any difference, but I suspect this is happening around the world.
Does anyone at Fitbit/Google read these forums and take action?
Is there another way to report this problem to their support team?

Unfortunately this is just another bug introduced by Fitbit.
Same problem since 2 days.
They keep messing about with what's displayed in Health Metrics, again while making it worse, without actually making any improvements, it seems.
It might affect those who logout and lose the functionality when they log back in.

What model of Fitbit product are you currently using?
Are you experiencing the same loss of SPO2 data in your health metrics as several other users have posted in this forum?
If you are missing SPO2 data, what steps have you taken to restore the SPO2?
Best AnswerNoticed no response from any fitbit moderators at this time for any feedback on this issue.
Lets see how it goes...
I agree completely. This is their way of dealing with all problems. Very frustrating.
Welcome to our new issue with the SP 02 clock face. For the last two days the clock face shows the Sp 02, as it normally does. But when you open the app and I have the latest version it states I need to download the Sp 02 clock face! Well I have it installed and it’s working normally. What is missing is the information on the health metrics as to SP 02 only. All the other metrics are working. So Google / Fitbit tell your clients what is the issue. Let’s avoid the close the app, re sync etc. none of those you normally tell us is the issue. It’s the app since it does not Recognize that the Fitbit already has the SPO2 app installed clock face.
My personal guess is a screw-up on their end on the data servers/applications. I don't think my app or the watch updated overnight so it is the most plausible cause. Now, I was pretty happy with my previous fitbit stuff (I was "upgrading" every year). Now, I think I will reconsider that at the end of the year and look into what the others (Garmin, Apple, ...) are offering...

I suspect the moderators know about as much as we do or they’d have posted by now.
Fitbit support doesn’t have answers, so I wouldn’t expect moderators to have answers. Perhaps another banner at the top of the app is in order.
Me too! I have the same problem since 2 days, try deinstall/reinstall, restart iPhone, Sense. Nothing worked. But as Guy said, you still have the SpO2 in the Today App of the Sense (if that’s any consolation…)
