So in Health Metrics for SPO2 all I get now is:
Download Clock Face (Link)
Download SPO2 Tracker App (Link)
Neither of which solved the issue.
Since 2 days ago.
Really annoying!

It’s been two days for me. When I chatted with customer service yesterday morning they said they were aware of it and are working on a fix.

Likewise - started yesterday morning. Software bug I would suspect.

Here we go again. Another day, another problem. Add me to the list of impacted by this issue. I've had this thing for a couple of months and there's always some problem with something.

The same problem since last Monday here. Everything installed. I didn’t change anything but no graphics. The watch face shows the readings correctly. We are running from one problem to the other. First no BRM and HSV and now that problem is solved here the next issue. What is going on with the health statistics

I have the same message on my metrics health. I try clean cache, unninstall and install the spo2 APP, and the fitbit APP, but nothing solve the problem.
On my watch the readings are fine.

I've tried this multiple times and nothing will make my sense log the spo2 levels in the health metrics. Everything else works fine but not that & thatis very important to me that's why I purchased the sense. Very upsetting. It worked perfectly until last week!

Happened to me two days ago. I sent descriptions & a screenshot to the Fitbit "helpers." They sent me articles to read, followed by a note that they are aware of it, are working on it and told me to be patient. I was an early buyer of the Sense and have had nothing but trouble with the SpO2 metric since last September. To say that I am unhappy with my purchase would be an understatement. You would think that they could have fixed it within that 10 month period. Maybe that is why they lowered the price by $100.

They told me on chat when I linked to this thread that they are aware of the issue and are working on it . The fix will be in the next app update .
I also told them if they cared about their customers they would post an update on here but that fell on deaf ears.

It’s a pity that they first tell lots of bla bla to everybody, like “reinstall” and “factory reset” and then finally admit that the problem is known and requires an app update. And The hat is missing after that update?

Noticed this yesterday evening. Tried about everything I could think of, reinstall apps/watch faces and restarts did nothing. Everything was working the day prior.

When things just happen and I haven't changed anything I usually do not I ng. I might check here to see if others have the problem.
Normally, if things just break it isn't your fault and uninstalling won't help.

Same for me. The SP02 tracker works for a while then disappears. Sorry quality for the money.
