Hopefully this problem can be solved:
I replaced my Fitbit Ionic by a Fitbit Sense. No it turns out that the Fitbit Sense keeps on showing "No data" in the Fitbit Health Metrics tile as well as the SpO2 Clock face.
This is really bad since the Ionic did show data both on the clock face as the Health metrics.
The weird especially weird since the "Estimated Oxygen Variation" in my sleep report works fine.
I am using the Fitbit Premium service
Any idea how this issue can be solved?
I've downloaded the sp02 mini app and have been sleeping with my watch on for over a month. The estimated oxygen saturation displays in a graph in the restoration section of the sleep category but in the health metrics it shows no data.
I bought the sense because I read the sleep data was super accurate and detailed (if you buy premium), after my Samsung galaxy died, for which I didn't pay any additional fees. I'm not in love with the Sense and wish I could return it and buy the new galaxy.
Best AnswerSame here, mine stopped working on Jan 29th & is still showing no readings, I wear mine all day, every day & charge everyday while in the shower. There shouldn’t be a reason there is no data
Best AnswerI did all that (shows app was already installed), still doesn't work 😞
