My sense isn’t syncing again did the usual forget the device  switch off Bluetooth update phone starting to think the sense has just been a total waste of money

What phone do you have?

Did you also restart both phone and watch?

What is currently displaying on the watch?

 

Can you please also confirm the versions of watch Firmware and Fitbit App

The watch seems absolutely normal. Its version 44.128.4.17

If you have an Android device, did you install the Fitbit App version released yesterday. 

Have you looked at the sync troubleshooting steps.
