Hi!

The ECG App in my Sense is missing, they is missing in the App store too. No reason how to install it. I have tested all the answers in the topics without success.

I bought the watch in the Slowakia, i am an austrian citizen with domicile in vienna, the app i have installed under my austrian email address.

Like i read in internet, this app is certified in the WHOLE EU, then i mean it may be not a problem to install it. Please an answer in 2 weeks, before i return the watch to the seller.

Welcome, @Ferika. It's good to see a new face around.

 

Thanks for your research and for your efforts while working on this situation. As you may know, the ECG App is available to download directly from the Fitbit app in select countries and I've confirmed that Austria is part of that list. Because it's missing, may I know for how long you've had your Sense? I'm asking this as if the setup process was recently completed, you'll need to wait a few days to receive the firmware update which will allow you to install this app and use other features.

 

If that's correct, please leave the Fitbit app running in the background and wait until you see a banner asking to do the update. In the meantime, I'd suggest reviewing this help article to learn more about the Fitbit ECG app.
