I'm unsure if this is a limitation of the Fitbit app or the actual watch but I work nightshifts and sleep til early evening most days. I would like to have my step reminders occur between the hours of 5pm and 7pm (within the 14 hour limit) but for some reason the app won't allow this? If I do 5pm to 12am, it allows me to set the range, but if I go 5pm to 1am or further, it does not allow me. I've tried military time and tradition AM/PM settings but it still won't let me. Is it possible to set my step reminder hours to be more in line with a night owl lifestyle? Thanks in advance.

Hello @HosstaLaVista and welcome to the Help forum. @deiG is correct and this is a Fitbit limitation. The reminders to move hours must be continuous and all Fitbits reset at midnight. You need two time periods, midnight to 7AM and 5PM to midnight. Fitbit's programming doesn't allow this. Many users have asked for a change in a Feature Suggestion. The response from Fitbit is always Not Currently Planned.

I realize I typed 5pm to 7pm but I meant 5pm to 7am, a 14 hour time span.

Hi, @HosstaLaVista - you could try a clock face from the gallery that caters for night shift workers, such as SimpleClockPro.

I just did a Chat session with FitBit Jefferson about this issue. His solution was to change from a 24 four format to 12 hour AND change my time zone. LOL! WTH? Not only do I need 24 hour for recording time at work but seriously...change my time zone? I mentioned that changing my time zone would give the wrong time on my WATCH. Because that's what this is...primarily a watch. Everything else is secondary. Yes, let me wear a $300 pedometer on my wrist. Excellent solution Jefferson! I have never found the Chat option useful...just a bunch of canned responses.
