I can receive a call on my wrist, but can’t hear the person calling. I turned the speaker volume on the watch way up to no avail. Also, sense controls are not in my Bluetooth list—I’ve turned Bluetooth off then on and controls does not show up in my list.

Tried that. Doesn’t work. Can’t get Sense Controls on my Bluetooth to display although I restarted the watch, turned off Bluetooth and turned it back on. Any other suggestions?

I had that problem too. The speaker was so quiet even at max volume that I could just barely hear the other person if I put the sense right up to my ear and there was no ambient noise. It was useless so I never used the call feature.
