I'd like to hear your experience in regards to sleep tracking. I try to wear my Versa every night, following my sleep schedule. I don't use sensitive sleep settings on my watch since sometimes I move a lot at night and I don't like to see extra restless or awake time in the morning.
Some other night I remove my watch from my wrist before going to bed just to give a rest to my arms. I'd like to hear about your experience on how you're tracking your sleep. Do you track it every single night or do you prefer to track sleep on specific days of the week?
I've been improving my sleep habits since I'm aware of different things that can help me to have a better sleep score. 😊

Now that I'm getting the sleep stage graph I see my awake time is generally around 13% and has ranged from 11.5% to 17%. My sleep score has ranged from 74 to 85 and is usually 79 or 80. I don't really notice any difference in the days following a high score or a low score.

Hi Tara19866
I totally get it. I am the same way. It's 12.24 am wide awake. I went to the doctor and got Ambien he later added Valium to help me relax that does work 30 min apart. I have a no screen time after 930pm. I try to ready books. Talk a small around my house kick back and enjoy the peace.

My tracker always shows I am awake with an average 1hr 30 for deep sleep. Rest is awake. Normally speaking by 10am I have already got over 5k steps in.daily steps of 13k plus daily.. so far I have had no problems with medication other than they don't make me sleep. Sometime they will but as a rule it's a no go. Like tonight.

Yes I'm tracking my sleep every night. I have a Inspire 3. I like to see how much sleep I got and all the details. I leave mine on all the time except when I take a shower.

I have had a problem with the Fitbit track her sleep for some time. This is my second Fitbit and sometimes it tracks sometimes it doesn’t. I’m not understanding what is going on. I may have to go to a different provider.

Inspire 2, bought it December last cos my 85 year old wife is always very tired and have not been able to establish the cause . Numerous Dr's consultations and blood tests. She did develop low sodium levels several years ago and her blood is regularly rested for that and other possible causes. So to my question:
Does the Fitbit Inspire 2 have the facility to record every nights sleep or do we have to turn it to that mode each night?
Can we get it to record all her sleep cos many nights it does not cos she is not asleep long enough at any time to analyse?
It seems as though it will only analyse sleep of more than 3 hours?
Thank you for your help and advice in advance.
Kind regards Ted

I can't see where that attempt to ask a question went. Could you let me know if you have got it or need to resend it please?
I'm a little older than my wife and so not the brightest when it comes to the modern technology, but would like to be able to understand and if possible improve my wife's quality of life without adding stress to it. Hence the idea of turning the Sleep mode on once and it staying on till turned off. Remembering to turn it on is not easy for her.
I feel that having a sleep record may help the Dr's understand the problem. We don't want to become dependent on medication.
Kind regards from Ted

Hello & welcome @TedVal
Hopefully, you will see this reply.
Your wife's Fitbit Inspire 2 should be automatically tracking sleep. As you noticed, however, it requires at least 3 hours in order to track/analyze sleep. Click here to get more details on: How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit
