Hi sleepy Community members!
Does your sleep log look something like this?
If you think your log is inaccurate when it shows this much restlessness, you're not alone! A lot of Fitbit users have sleep logs like this, and many times it's due to the fact that Sleep settings are on "Sensitive" mode instead of "Normal" mode. A little about these two modes:
We strongly suggest that most users use the Normal setting. To change your settings to Normal, follow these steps, or visit our help article!
I hope this helps - let me know if you have any trouble changing this setting or if you have seen a difference in the accuracy of your sleep log after switching!

I use Inspire HR and it shows my sleep and even showed a nap! However, it seems I have to go into my computer and hit sync for it to show up on my my Inspire. I have the same problem with different screen on my computer vs. my Kindle.

This doesn't apply to Versa

@bayleigh In one sense I agree with you that the sleep tracker seems a bit off, but on the other hand it's just a watch. It can't measure all the things a sleep lab can.
It could be rating quality of the sleep, not the quantity. It could also be factoring in that sleeping 14 hours isn't exactly normal. What is your target range? 8 hours?
I'm seeing that the two periods you mention are not rated the same, though. The 3:50 has a score of 56 whereas the 14:44 session has a score of 75. The percentage of deep sleep (dark blue) is really low in the long session. So that tells me it wasn't as restorative as the length might imply. You're also getting a whole lotta REM (light blue). That's a lot on your mind. I'm tired just looking at it. Do you feel like you're dreaming all night?
I find that when my logs have more deep sleep and match the benchmarks for my age more closely I get better scores.
I hope that helps a little. Maybe?

Fitbit Charge 2 keeps getting my bedtime and wake up times very wrong. I have checked the settings as advised and the sensitivity has always been set to normal. I don’t know what more I can do but am finding this extremely frustrating and am just about ready to chuck the device!

My Versa 2 only shows sleep data from about 3 am- 4 hours later than I hit "start sleep".
Why- and what can I do.
Thanks,

For two of the last five nights it stops my sleep tracking after 3 hours and doesn’t pick back up. I’m not restless. I’m asleep. Any idea why? I love my Charge 3 but this is my third unit since February 2019 due to an array of technical issues. Thanks!

I don’t like the versa lite. It does not track my sleep correctly no matter what setting it is on. I go to sleep at 10 and it logs my sleep from 2-3 AM. I upgraded from the Flex and wished I didn’t. All you had to do when you went to bed was tap the Flex. I was logging a normal 7-8 hour sleep , showing awake at first and a little restless during the night. Is there a way to get the Versa Lite to start when you go to bed? I got this a month ago and I’m thinking of returning it.

My guess is your still laying in bed after you wake up for a long period of time with your eyes closed , quite still.
