We have it! There are so many PPL complaining. Its a horrible set up and we want the old one back. Please read everyone's reviews. There's tons of PPL who hate it. Also my watch is not putting in the correct time I actually fell asleep and woke up.😡 Pleaseeee bring back the old set up.

Have you got the message, Rebecca? We really really don’t like it. It’s baffling why anyone thought any change was needed, let alone a retrograde change that reduces functionality. Everyone is trying to tell you the same thing. We didn’t want a change, hate the new change and want the software to be upgraded to reinstall the previous sleep design. I have to admit, I’m looking at other gadgets now as well as many others. How many more pointless and backward changes are going to be imposed on us? We’re the customers, please give us what we want.

It stinks, bring back the old

Best Answer

Why did you make them harder to read?

Best Answer

Don’t like it at all. Bring the graphs back with it

You got that right. We hate it. It's just dreadful. Plus it's not tracking my sleep correctly. I have to write it on my calendar. I have the Versa 2 and now I hate it. 😢😡 🤦‍:female_sign: PLEASEEEE don't make changes unless people ask for it. 😢

This update is so bad I'm seriously considering getting rid of my Fitbit. I've never been a fan of the first huge update that changed around the whole app interface but the sleep tracker is now useless to me. Who on earth thought this new sleep graph would look good and be easy to read? And why won't it let us edit our sleep cycles any more. It frequently starts my sleep cycle and hour or two before I actually go to bed because it thinks I'm asleep while I'm watching tv, and gives me a terrible sleep score but I could correct it. Last night I got a good night's sleep (over 7.5 hours) and barely woke up once asleep but I got a 75 score. The sleep function has become the most important part of the app to me and it's now useless, so I guess it's time to move on.

Who have you chosen. I am looking for one that is non subscription with
good sleep tracking.

Agree. Bought my Charge 5 in Jan 2023 and absolutely LOVED it! My sleep had been bad but using the visually rich sleep app, I was able to really normalize it. When I woke up in the wee hours several nights ago and saw the abomination of the sleep app, my eyes snapped open and I thought WTAF?!! It is visually weak, garbled, lacks punch and meaning. I'm looking at a Samsung Galaxy 6 Fitness Tracker...it's sleep app looks interesting.

….and now to top it all I can’t access the Fitbit dashboard online! The screen is blank!  Went there to see if the sleep info was any better to read.  What on earth is happening? Who is running this shambolic outfit?

Best Answer

I haven't really started looking yet, but my husband likes the Garmin venu. I don't know if it requires a subscription yet.

Best Answer

Hmmm I'll definitely look I to that  one too.

It's terrible! The old way was way better!!!

Best Answer

No oxygen and heart rate levels AND it’s hard to understand.
The former chart was better. Cam we go back?

Best Answer

I think this chart has devolved. It’s difficult to navigate and interpret. Plus elements are missing. Please consider improving for the next release.

I had a Garmin and it was awful at tracking my walks stopping whenever I
chatted with a neighbor and then ended the walk and started over. There are
currently reviews that describe lots of issues about Garmin trackers
ceasing to function. Being petite I look for a slim design. If only Fitbit
hadn’t changed. Hope it works for your husband. Thanks.
