Hi everyone! Starting today, you may notice a new sleep experience in your Fitbit app. If you don't have it right away, please be patient as it can take some time to reach all users.
Check out what’s new by going to the Fitbit Community blog.

I'm very, very disappointed in the new layout. I no longer have access to the information I need regarding my night sleep (total time in each stage). I contacted the chat to ask how to complain, and they sent me here. Also, I now need my glasses to see the chart, wtf?
Zero stars. Change it back and take the person in charge of this update off the project.

Can I ask what you are switching to? I’ve been a long time Fitbit user, but this new sleep graph is the worst I’ve ever seen, and makes no sense. It’s useless to me.

I prefer the old sleep pattern graphs

Change is great as long as it meets design objectives of form and function. The new design is difficult to read, the sleep scores overlap with the graph information. Sort of successfully defeated the purpose of visual data? Besides being tedious to dig for what should be streamlined and easy to access data for the sake of average user interest, I think for anyone with visual impairments you have successfully made it more difficult or impossible to use this feature. Would love this to roll back.

Another issue with this new sleep profiling is that I’m up and walking around, getting my coffee, etc. and it now records my wake up time as the time I look at the app. Totally inaccurate sleep time. This change was a horrible idea and as I said before, the sleep info this new graph shows is useless to me, because it makes no sense whatsoever. I hope I can find a different device with better customer service.

Hate it! Not nearly as easy to view as the old version. Can I change back?

About a week ago, the appearance and information on my sleep tracker changed. It is smaller, harder to read and I can't enlarge it like the other one. Also, the breakdown of the various levels is no longer there. What happened?

Not a fan of new sleep charts. The old one was easy to read and gave your weekly sleep patterns. Also it does not show my “typical range foe people like me”. How do I get that added.

I do not like it at all. Hard to read. Please go back to the old colors. The breathing is way too exaggerated. Easier to read when it was a graph above and below the line. Looking for a new sleep app. Not a happy customer

Don't like it. The older one was easier to read, was expandable, and the descriptions of different sleep stages is gone.

I was furious. I went to check my nap time and when I opened it up I thought I hit a wrong button or something. They should always do a beta check on new designs and see what people think before we go to open our apps and find that it's the most horrific thing ever. 🫣🤨😮🥺😠. Someone said they are doing it to push the new Google pixel watch. We'll they can have it I have the Versa 2. My son's gf bought it for me 3 years ago for Christmas. I was so surprised, because I always wanted one. I was like a little kid at Christmas time. I couldn't wait to get it out of the box. She bought me some cool bands and everything. I've loved it for yrs now and was literally getting ready to upgrade to premium. So glad I didn't. I would have had smoke coming out of my ears. Hopefully Rebecca fitbit will see this and pass it on. It's obvious we are all p@ssed off and feel the same way. I thought I was going to be the only one. I am so glad to see I wasn't. BIG, BIG MISTAKE FITBIT! MAD🤨🫣👎🏼🤦:female_sign:.

Who wants to have to go on the computer to look it up. What if you're like many who use their phones and tablets as their main source to the internet. I don't even use my laptop as much as I used to. My phone and 12" and 8" tablet are my go to devices. Fitbit you really made a huge mistake with this change. I refuse to spend the money to upgrade my watch and honestly I'm disabled and can't afford the prices on the new watches.

Dan that's true... I just made that statement in another reply. I feel like I'm looking at a hospital monitor, which in a hospital setting is important, but for everyday users so many ppl hate what they have done and I think I'm the biggest hater. Sorry Fitbit. Just telling it like it is. 😔 😡
