Pretty clear message here I a thinking, Rebecca

Not pleased with the new up (down!) grade. Harder to read. Bring back the sleep graph with the red bars. The old format was better in every way.

Bring back the previous and much more usable sleep tracking interface.  The new interface looks like a spreadsheet chart.  For 9+ years I've studied my sleep, heart rate, and walking stats everyday. Frankly, the sleep tracking interface is so useless that I'm about to replace the Fitbit I've come to love and trust with something, anything, with a more user-friendly sleep tracker.  The new interface sucks!

I don't like that the new interface forces me to see a goal even if no goal is set. It set a sleep schedule and hours, and then tells me I didn't achieve it. I don't want to set a goal or schedule for my sleep, it's too stressful, but the default goal it shows is annoying and really wrong. I thought about temporarily setting a goal that would be closer to accurate but I know Fitbit doesn't let you delete goals once they are set, only edit them. Definitely makes the sleep tracker more annoying to use!

Hate, hate, hate it!! Put it back to the old way or from the looks of this forum you will lose a lot of fitbit users including me. The new sleep look is (to be honest) ridiculous looking, hard to read, & can't be changed! I am serious when I say I will quit. The sleep app is why I have premium. Change it back or I am gone  😞

I hate it!  The bright white hurts my eyes when I check on my sleep first thing in the morning.  I also find the quality of the data displayed is worse than before, or maybe it's just harder to access.

The sleep tracking was by far my favorite feature of Fitbit, and this lessening of my experience is probably enough to dissuade me from extending my Premium subscription and maybe even from buying another Pixel Watch altogether!

I have premium and i hate the updated version. It's terrible. Sharing so that you don't think upgrading to premium is going to solve the problem 🙂

I am very disappointed in the new sleep charting. It is too busy on the screen with all the little dashed lines. It does not give me any more information or add any more value to the experience that I can tell. The three screens including benchmark does not fit on my iPhone screen. You’ve taken away the simple elegant look and feel and replaced it with something that is supposed to look more scientific but is NOT.  I’m not a fan.

Wish you’d left it alone - this is not an upgrade! It’s the main reason I have premium. I hate the new look and the functionality provides less insight. Will cancel premium if you keep making negative changes.

Gave it a chance…still hate the new look. And the new Sleep view is absolutely terrible!!!! No reason to keep premium if this is the direction.

My main complaint is that with the new design you cant see exactly how long
you were awake. Also, and more inexplicable, the new design shows you being
awake and asleep at the same time. How is that even conceptually possible?
CHANGE IT BACK!!!

I email and get replies(!) that they're sorry we're unhappy, and to communicate with them on their Community Forum here. It takes time for them to consider the requests for changes...to be patient. Seriously....how MUCH time and HOW MANY comments does one need??

I can't even correct my Sleep times, because it states I can't post a future date.....IT SAYS TODAY ON IT!! TODAY IS NOT A FUTURE DATE!!!

Uggghh

Can someone recommend a watch that tracks sleep, other than Fitbit?  Can’t deal with the new “upgrade.”

Along with all other comments, new format is convoluted.  A new ‘update’ would suggest better data collection and better formatting.  This was not the case.

I dont like it and it seems to have broken my Versa 2. Support recommended a factory reset which has now required a software update, which has failed once over wifi now retrying with bluetooth

This is a major improvement, still needs work but so much easier to read. I also like the subtle color scheme. Why do people want their apps to look like a bag of Skittles? I’m not sure what everyone is complaining about, and I hope Fitbit does not revert back to the old look which was difficult to read.

Not sure which skittles you eat. The colours before were shades of blue with a touch of violet. Think your mum has been giving you something else and passing them off as skittles...

Before you could see months of sleep graphics. With the new format you can't do that. It sucks. Much harder to see the big picture. I am looking for an alternative after having a fitbit for several years. Bring back the old format!
