Hi everyone! Starting today, you may notice a new sleep experience in your Fitbit app. If you don't have it right away, please be patient as it can take some time to reach all users.
Check out what’s new by going to the Fitbit Community blog.
What do you think? Let us know!

I dislike the sleep log update. It is not logging my sleep times correctly anymore! It doesn’t show the correct time I fall asleep if I wake during the middle of my sleep time, it only shows the start time as when I fell back to sleep!
It seems more sleep info was accessed before the change also.

I have been reading these many replies in answer to your question regarding what we think of the new way of presenting sleep data. It's obvious that your customers greatly preferred the previous format. I have been a loyal FitBit user & have purchased many versions. I'm seeing that some users are choosing to move on to other brands. Some of us, who recently purchased this version, can't afford to do that. At least please let us know you hear us, RebeccaFitbit.

I only have one question. When is the old version coming back? I've given the new version a fair chance. I HATE it

Why on earth have you asked for feedback and then completely ignored everyone’s very valid issues and complaints?!?!?

Hate it. I'd like the old style back.

What a horrible update. Aside from making data more difficult to access, visually more difficult to decipher and creating an update that absolutely demolishes function... I now get AT LEAST 1-2 nights a week where I do not get a sleep score at all. Just awake and restless. I only have the Fitbit for sleep tracking, and prior to this update, I have had my watch for 3 years and never had a night without a score. So now, aside from a horrible update aesthetically, you have also ruined functionality. Will be throwing watch and premium subscription away for my next fitness tracker.

I used to use Apple Watch and I hated the sleep log design. That is why I chose fb, and now you guys “updated” it!! It looks like Apple Watch log now 😭 I want my old sleep log design back! It was linear and easy to track, much better design! Put it back! Or I will just go back to Apple Watch.

I want the format to go back to the way it was but offer the new as an alternative for people with accessibility issues.

Good morning RebeccaFitbit!
I was wondering as the Fitbit Community continues to discuss the new updated Fitbit sleep functions in the app, why are the reply count numbers going down? It was over 1600 replies a few days ago, but now it’s 1307 replies on May 8 at 8:17 am EST.
Just wondering. Thanks and have a nice day! 😀

Hi RebeccaFitbit, are you there? Are you real? Have you seen the posts about the sleep update? How about getting back to us? There are a lot of fed up people waiting for a reply from you or one of your colleagues

I completely agree. Sleep data essentially useless for me

It would be fine but as of last night I did not receive a sleep score or any health metrics, and all my previous health metrics vanished. How can they be reinstated?

I strongly dislike the new look. I wish I hadn’t updated my app and would revert back to the old version in a heartbeat if it was possible.
