Hello evrybody
I have a problem since today. Once I try to pair my tracker (surge) , after bugs it reboots. And same problem after rebooting.
Had someone resolve it?

We need to see what is the device you're using to connect first! Later on check the Fitbit requirements to connect and try these steps to connect your tracker. If your Fitbit is having a hard time and it is not being recognized by your phone or computer, try to restart it a couple of times! For more information about why a tracker is connecting check our website.
