Hey @Paulth! Welcome to the Forums. It looks like you've been trying a lot of steps. Well, let's see some details that maybe you already checked but it's worth it to ask. Which model of phone do you have? Is it up to date? If so, I'd suggest restarting your Surge a couple of times in row. Then follow this steps. I think the same way, your phone is doing his best but the tracker is not responding.

If after doing this again, your Surge is still not connecting properly; please contact a Fitbit representative, so they can futher investigate.

Hello @Paulth, thanks for your quick reply and for the details of your phone. Did you try the steps suggested above? I was thinking in trying those steps also in different device, if you have that option; or in a computer. Is this possible? Restarting your Surge should be key in this process! Try do so, at least 3 time in a row and let me know how this works. Smiley Wink

I hope this helps, I'll be around! Woman Happy
