I've had a Fitbit sure for about six months now. The Battery life has gone from lasting about 2-3 days to know lasting about 6 hours or so. I have a few questions about this
Yes Send fitbit support an email from the app options and get your case going. They will replace it. Either keep it but be prepared for similar problems in 6 months, or sell it and buy a blaze if you want to maintain your account whilst fitbit figure out what to do next with a surge 2
