It's great to see you in the Community @smithe22! I would love to help you with this. First step, make sure that your old phone is not nearby or just turn the Bluetooth off. Yesterday the Fitbit App had an update, so make sure that your new phone has the new version of Fitbit too. Then follow the next steps:

  1. Open Fitbit App, go to Account > Delete Fitbit Surge from the Account > Force quite the App
  2. Reboot Bluetooth to make sure Surge is not there as connected device
  3. Restart your Surge a couple of times and Access back to Fitbit App > Account to set up your Fitbit Surge back
  4. Turn on notifications

It should do the trick! But I'll be around in case you need more help.  Smiley Wink

PS. I noticed that tittle of this topic is for Blaze, I can see in your Profile info that you have a Surge, so I'm assuming typo error, right?  Smiley Wink
