Hello,

This is my second Fitbit surge and I keep having problems. This one started off with the bottom right button not working, now it keeps turning off and it won't stay on. I've charged it and I can't do a system restart because the buttons are not working properly. Please help.

Thanks

Richard A.

Hello,

I've tried plugging the Fitbit into a computer, charging it, and trying to sync it with the app on my phone. Unfortunately the Fitbit still turns off within a few seconds of turning on.
