Not syncing unable to locate my Fitbit

Its been synching worthless since new update... so i deleted the app and reinstalled in hopes for improvement... and since then it cant even find my fitbit... i've tried  everything.. anyone else experiencing these issues?

Did do change clock in app or reset your fitbit

I'd like to know what model of phone are you using to sync? You can try these syncing steps to see if this helps! If after trying that it's still not connecting properly please let me know. I'm very interested in helping you out!

IPhone  but ok now reset fitbit and reloaded app

I am having the same issue.  My app updated yesterday and now all it does is look for my surge.  I deleted the app and reinstalled on my phone and still can't find it...

@soniamoro Did you try these steps to update your Fitbit time? By the way Welcome to the Forums! 

@mechhorse Please try to reboot the Bluetooth, delete the Fitbit from both Fitbit App and Bluetooth too and then try to add it back to the Fitbit App as a new device. Thanks for trying those steps though!
