Phone unable to find Fitbit Surge (bluetooth)

At first my phone unable to connect my surge smoothly like pressing a connect button like what i did all this time. I did remove and connect again. Till last night, my phone totally unable to find Surge. I did restart, restore or shut down on my surge. Same goes to my mobile phone. Anyone have the same issue and would like to share steps to solve that? Appreciate that! Many thanks! Alexander C.

im having the same problem too whaen i connect my blueetoth the unit keeps on restarting to the main screen how is this so....

Welcome to our Community @rexzraphael @dred911! It's great to have you here! Man HappyI'd like you to restart your Surge by following the steps provided in this thread. After restarting please try to follow these steps depending on the mobile device you have:

 

- iOS device

- Android device

- Windows device

Yeah, I have to restart my Surge every time I sync in order for the Bluetooth on my phone to find it.

Major buyers remorse between battery life, HR and syncing. 😢
