My Surge is not getting message notifications from my mobile and will not sync data with it either. I have stopped and restarted it, re paired it on blue tooth and still nothing. It says it last synced on the 20 february. At a total loss, can anyone suggest any actions. Support are ard to contact by phone in uk.

I would like to check the instructions that I suggest in this master post to get notifications on your Surge! Are you getting call notifications or an specific error while trying these steps?

Hi.....I have managed to relink the fitbit with my mobile now after several restarts of both devices, including stopping and restarting bluetooth etc.. 🙂
