It sounds like it's more of an issue with the hardware of the tracker than the firmware. If you've already restarted your tracker to no avail and the lights don't stay on if you've set it to "On" and switched between "On" "Off" or "Auto", please get in touch with the Support Team and they will be happy to help you with this.
