Surge Heart Rate Tracking

Having received Surge this morning, heart rate has only registered bpm for about an hour during the afternoon. Green lights have flashed only during this time.

I have re-started the unit 3 times with no effect.

Battery is charged. Other trackers registering normally. Heart Rates in "Settings" have been toggled between off, on and auto. No improvement seen.

Changes in locations on wrist also unhelpful.

I don't have any suggestions except making sure you're not wearing it too tightly, if that will help

It sounds like it's more of an issue with the hardware of the tracker than the firmware. If you've already restarted your tracker to no avail and the lights don't stay on if you've set it to "On" and switched between "On" "Off" or "Auto", please get in touch with the Support Team and they will be happy to help you with this.
