Hi my Surge wont sync with my Android phone, i have never had a problem i recently upgraded my phone and it worked fine for three weeks but then all of a sudden its saying cant sync. I have tried all the troubleshooting tips and it still wont sync. I have now deleted my surge off my phone app im trying to put it back on, it comes up with we found your Surge then straight away says Bluetooth issues i restart the bluetooth like it says but still not working. You say you have tried all the troubleshooting tips. Does that include the fitbit restart procedure as in this help file?

If so, how many times did you try it? It's known to not always work and it's recommended to try it at least 3 times.

I would also make sure about your phone compatibility, you can check the list of supported devices on the Fitbit website. ![]()
