Welcome to the Fitbit Forums @reuven_moalem! I recommend starting by checking out these syncing troubleshoots. Make sure that there isn't another bluetooth device that may be creating interference during the process. Setting up your tracker as a new device. Also, if you have connected your Surge to your phone's bluetooth, try disconnecting it and sync again.
Let me know how it goes.

i'm tired of trying solve this problem...
because i already wrote that i did those steps form more than 10 time, chating with agent, writing and getting emails from supportand... nothing
again - i cant sync my surge unless i'm resatrt it or change the "bluetooth classic" to "pair" which cause the surge a force restart, and just after that i can sync.
after syncing , when it loose connection or getting out from the app, i need to do restart.
notice that now i cnat sync with my pc (with dongle in it). my pc cant find the surge.
i must tell you that i have an old Polar watch and since saturday i'm using it. i hope i wont give up on my surge....
please, try to help after reading all what i akready wrote.
