Surge won't sync

I have tried to sync my Surge for a few days now and it won't. I thought my phone was the problem, I shut down the Surge and restarted my phone. I force stopped the app and turned off my bluetooth. None of this worked. I tried to sync it to my computer with my dongle but the computer said tracker disconnected. My phone said that the tracker could not be found. My battery isn't low, what else should I do?

same problem ....no sync since may 5th 2017 though it says it has been syncing at least daily....no information at all on dashboard. I have tried everything suggested to no avail. Before MAY i noticed it was only counting steps ....my sleep data was exactly the same every night .....not possible. now there is nothing at all.

I was able to sync yesterday and this morning after I got a full charge.
The watch said medium battery this morning and did not sync after 7 am this
morning. The watch seems to think the battery is lower than the app thinks.
