This can be done through a web browser on the phone or computer.
On android the tcx file usually is dropped in the download directory.

@OctavioPenagos @MrsYoshi, it's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Thank you for sharing your instructions on how to export your data. As @Rich_Laue mentioned these have already been mentioned and you can also check the help article here with the instructions. Additionally you can also check Strava's instructions to upload the data to your account.
Let me know how it goes.

Best AnswerHi! Yes, everyone was very helpful. I finally had success on a regular PC/desktop. I just wish it would have worked from my phone or iPad. Mobile devices can do so much nowadays, I no longer keep a desktop computer at home, so I had to do it at work. Many thanks to everyone in here though for the help!!!
Best AnswerHi cyberdan,
if you want to upload past data from the Charge HR in Strava you can try my web app.
To use go to fittostrava.com via mobile or desktop.
Regards
Marco
Best AnswerHi, shppotta. Tried your web app, but have Charge 3. It uploads the activities, but it only upload distance, not heartrate and speed.
Best AnswerHi MTN_NTM,
the web app upload the activities in Strava both distance and heartrate. Perhaps, when you logged in, you don't have given permission to the app. Try to logout and log in again.
Best AnswerI had not given permission, but have done it now. Logged in of fitbit to strava and strava, no change. Will take a run now and upload this new run and see if that change anything.
Edit. Uploaded an old run I had not uploaded before and now it logged distance and heartrate. Thanks for the help making it work 👍
Is it possible to get pace on a threadmill?
Best AnswerIt is possible to do on the mobile but it isnt efficient and sometimes Strava will not accept some of the files for some unknown reason (it claims they are duplicates). No similar problems on the computer, and you can upload many activities at once (just be patient as it takes a few minutes for Strava to absorb the files).
Best Answer@cyberdan did you manage to get the data uploaded to Strava? I had struggled with this in the beginning then finally managed to get it all transferred by using a computer and logging into both websites. Downloaded the whole bunch of TCX files one by one then uploaded the lot in one go into my Strava account. Worked like a charm. Though the elevation numbers were all screwed up.
Best AnswerI have created an app which lets you download the tcx file in bulk.

Thanks @peeyush_s It looks like its working, history goes back to Jan 2019 which is fine but only runs TO August 2019. Have I made an error and is it possible to select all?

Best AnswerHello @peeyush_s, thanks for sharing these details in here, I've been searching high and low for something that will simplify this process.
I'm trying to use the app now but after connecting to Fitbit and being taken to the 'fitbit-details' page it seems to run in to an error - it loads for a small time, before just becoming a blank page. Any idea?
Best AnswerAn update - it seems to work in Google Chrome! I was using Safari before and it didn't seem to work too well there. Thank @peeyush_s!
Best AnswerI have tried this and the website works but the export doesn't. When I click the export button, I get a 503 when it makes an OPTIONS request to https://fitbit-server.azurewebsites.net/fitbit.
