Fitbit account not connecting with Walgreens App

Has anyone been successful in syncing their Fitbit with the Walgreens app to earn points?

@Chriscush Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Usually you go to your apps site and there should be a place to link the Fitbit account, you enter your Fitbit login information and this should complete the process. Check the Walgreen's app site or the description of the partnership in our site. Also note that your don't connect the Charge 2 directly to your Walgreen's account but link the Fitbit app/account with your Walgreen's account. Your tracker will sync with your Fitbit account and that information will be transferred to the Walgreen's account. For this reason I also moved your post to the appropriate board.

I have a fitbit charge hr and i cannot seem to figure out how to link it with my walgreens app.  I went to my dashboard via laptop, through the app and through the walgreens app and can't figure it out.  Help please!

Hey @dmteacher09 ! It's great to see new people here in the Community. As previously explained the link is done through the Walgreen's app. You can check the links in my previous post to log into your Walgreen's account and then link your Fitbit account from there.

Same problem here. I get to the screen to log into Fitbit from the Walgreens app and then it just hangs and eats up my battery. How can you connect the device to our Walgreens account if Fitbit won’t log you in ?!

@Teenyshell Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry to hear that you can't connect to the Walgreen's app and for the delay in my reply. Try logging out from your Fitbit app, restart your phone and then log back in. Once this is done retry the linking process from the Walgreen's app.

I tried logging off of Fitbit, restart my phone, and still cannot connect to Walgreens app.

Nope. And my fitbit broke years ago so I just let it go. Sorry I can’t be of more help.
