FWIW, I'm having the same problem. I was able to get a synch to happen once by disconnecting and reconnecting, but I'm loathe to do that multiple times in case I can't reconnect.

This worked for the longest time. Something has changed.

Same here. I did that yesterday and it synced once and hasn't since. And
yes it has been working fine. Apparently something changed. 😞

Agreed. Something is different. I've dumped apps thinking there might be
something. The fact of the matter is they are touting compatibility when
it's always been dicey at best to next to nothing now.

My WW app and FitBit aren't syncing now either. They worked the past few weeks, then just stopped. I was able to "disconnect" the FitBit and reconnect them the past couple days, but now I can't Disconnect at all, I just get an error message (500). I went onto the FitBit site and Revoked access to the WW app (per a suggestion on the FitBit site). I wonder if that is the problem? If so, I can't find a way to give permissions back to WW. Ugh, so frustrating!

I fixed mine by buying an Apple Watch. No problems now.

My fitbit aria scale stopped syncing with WW yesterday. I went into the fitbit to revoke access and now I can't get the link back to sync with WW. I contacted WW and they said this is a known problem over the last couple of days and they are working on it but don't have a fix yet and not sure when they will get it. i am very frustrated that they did not send out a notification to users. It was only my scale that was not syncing - my activity was syncing. But now, because I revoked access I am getting nothing.

Hello everyone!

I apologize for the delay in my response. Thanks for sharing all of those details and explaining the situation

In this case I'd like to ask if the situation has continued or if it has been working correctly now?

I look forward to your reply.

This is still an issue for me and has been for over a week.  I've followed all the steps here with no success.  the last sync with my Fitbit on the WW app is June 4, even though it's been disconnected & reconnected.  Really seems to be a WW app issue but I don't know what steps they're taking to fix it.

Mine have actually been syncing for the last week or so. I have not even had to go in and sync it manually. I hope this sticks!

Hi - my Aria scale is syncing with weight watchers and so are the steps from Fitbit - but the activity minutes are not populating in Weight Watchers.

I spoke to someone in tech support at WW and they said they will be phasing out the integration with Fitbit - because there are so many problems. Do you know anything about this?

Hi everyone. Thank you for your updates regarding the integration and hope it keeps working for the ones who posted a favorable resolution.

@maurmal I haven't heard anything like this. Do you have any official notification from them? I don't think this is happening? Did they tell you via Support or do they have any official post on their website?

I look forward to your reply.

Hello - I called their tech support last week because my activity minutes were not syncing with WW - prior to last week nothing was syncing (weight from aria weigh scales and steps from fitbit charge2). The activity minutes are now syncing this week so everything is back to normal.

The tech support person on the call told me that weight watchers would be phasing out (??? - how do you phase this out) the syncing between weight watchers and fitbit because there were too many problems with it. So, it was an unofficial source at best. And there was nothing on their website.

Wonder if there is any way to confirm this?

What worked for you? I’m having the same problem. Just joined WW and was hoping the Fitbit sync would be easy like the Fitbit app, but it is not pulling up my steps/ activity. Says I have 0 steps when I definitely have more.

I found I had to go on line through my computer and add the app. Ww will only sync with one app and so I used Fitbit/ww and it worked fine after that .
