Since yesterday the sync between Fitbit and MyFitnessPal is one day out, I.e. MyFitnessPal shows yesterday’s Fitbit steps for today. My wife has started with exactly the same issue (we both use Fitbit and MyFitnessPal over IOS). Any suggestions how to solve this issue appreciated.
Moderator Edit: Clarified subject
Best AnswerI have noticed that the steps within Myfitnesspal are much higher than in Fitbit. My steps in the fitbit app match my watch, but something is inflating them when they are sent to Myfitnesspal. Calorie adjustment is also not coming through
Would be nice to have a response as to when it will be resolved
My steps issue appears to have now resolved itself (same for my wife) with no action required by myself.
Best AnswerMy issue continues. Frustrating
I also have this problem. I deleted the duplicated exercise calories, disconnected and reconnected Fitbit as a connected app in MFP, logged out of MFP, updated MFP, and rebooted both my watch and my phone. Nothing has solved the issue; MFP is still not receiving any calorie updates from Fitbit's servers.
I have just received this update from MyFitnessPal Support.
Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to contact us and for bringing this to our attention. We are aware of the problem with Fitbit steps syncing to the incorrect day, and are currently working on a resolution.
We hope to have a fix in place as soon as possible. Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Best regards,
Hensen

Best AnswerI’m seeing the same thing. Today it shows 11000+ steps with a -2 for a calorie adjustment. Actual as of this writing is 4900+.
Mine is no longer adding steps and calories burned. It actually is stuck at 29k steps (0 calories burned though) which is what i did several days ago. I have done everything in the world to correct it. They have done something with an update to mess something up.
I had the same problem on 11/13. Sent a report to Tech Support and got an email with instructions. Followed them and FitBit synced the current step and calorie adjustment data but it took a few hours to do so. The problem came back two days later so I tried the same fix but it failed. Guess I'll just have to wait for MFP to fix whatever the issue is.
MFP has finally listed it as an outage and mentions Fitbit confirmed the issue is on their (Fitbit's) end.

Fitbit has yet to post an outage for it despite it being over a week and a half since it started.
