Update from MFP, looks like things are starting to return to normal!

 

"Although we have recently experienced delays with the sync between Fitbit and MyFitnessPal, things should be moving once again. While there may be some residual traffic, things should be getting back to normal shortly. 

We will continue to monitor the situation and update this article if we see the issue resurface. Thanks for your patience"

Hey guys, a syncing issue with MFP was reported this morning. Smiley Sad

 

MFP is aware of the problem and they're working on it. You can find their updates here.

 

"Members are experiencing delays with information transferring to and from their MyFitnessPal and Fitbit accounts. The team is working on the issue and we hope to have this resolved as soon as possible. Please do not reconnect your accounts at this time, as this may cause longer delays in the sync.

 

We will continue to update this article as more information becomes available. Please check back for further updates."

All of a sudden it's not syncing properly. It's pushing data to Myfitnesspal but not pulling the data I input from over there. It was working fine until this morning. Anyone know what's causing this?

I am having issues synching my food log from MFP to my fitbit. it is pulling over my fitbit information (steps) to MFP but not vice versa?

Very frustrating as I use it everyday. But for whatever reason my Fitbit has stopped syncing to my fitness pal. Same issues?? Hope it fixes itself quickly.

Mine isn't syncing either even after uninstalling and reinstalling both apps. Gurr...

My food diary stopped syncing with fitbit after breakfast today. It will not sync any snack or lunch. Hesitant to unsync or disconnect apps as I'm not sure how to do it. Rather disappointing when my dashboard shows I'm terribly low on caloric intake for the day.

I only just started having problems with syncing and none of my information is getting through. My steps just stopped syncing to MFP late yesterday afternoon and my food isn't going to fitbit. I revoked access to both apps then reinstalled permission to both and still won't sync. There's obviously a problem with either both apps or one isn't communicating with the other. If anyone has a fix please help.

Now I am having the same issues.  Everything is working except the syncing of the food logged on MFP.  It has been working beautifully until today.  Ran through all the troubleshooting repeatedly.  No dice...

 

Any other recommendations?
