My Fitbit is not syncing with my Noom diet/exercise app.  So, not all steps counted.

Thank you!  I'm all set with syncing my fitbit to noom app.

on my noom there is not a "health" choice...I am assuming that may be for iPhone. But that doesn't help up poor android users.

Is there a similar solution for android??

I see the connected part, but don’t see an option to refresh unless it’s the arrow at the top.

Thanks, that worked for me just now!

Doesn’t work with FitBit Inspire.  No refresh button.

This wiped out 6 weeks of weight tracking and didn't solve the problem.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.  I spent hours trying every trick that I could find to sync my Fitbit Ionic to Noom, and this is the only one that worked for me.

I had this problem. I went into my Noom app, settings, connect another device... it showed Fitbit as being connected (I did it the day or two before, but nothing synced). So I clicked it again and it gave a pop-up message asking if I had just connected a new device. I clicked “yes” and it took me to a Noom screen that asked if I wanted to use their pedometer or the Fitbit one. Now it seems to be working. Hope this works for you too!

So I was having the same issue but went to Noom > Settings > Exercise tracking and manually adjusted the slider for my number of steps and then my Fitbit synced. I think that the syncing happens overnight when Noom readjusts the number of steps for the next day... but you can push it through manually!!

I was having this issue as well and cancelled my subscription with Noom. Wouldn't ya know that within the hour my Fitbit steps linked to Noom.

If there's anyone else with this issue, I'll tell you what worked for me: My Noom app is on an Android phone and when Noom Support was "trouble-shooting" with me to fix the issue of my fitbit not syncing, they kept telling me to go to "Settings" and then "Apps and Devices" and then "Connect other devices". That wasn't an option on the Noom app when I was looking at it via Android, which confused me. Noom Support was not helpful. BUT if you log into your Noom account using an iphone or IOS device, you will see that option and be able to sync your fitbit again. Hope this helps somebody because I was so annoyed and now I just want to help somebody! Lol! 😂

That's not very helpful for people that don't own IOS devices. Sigh.  I'm so sad that Noom still doesn't have this fixed.

2021, still experiencing this issue hah... It worked for me in 2017.

Reached out to support -- couldn't resolve for me, so they emailed me a follow-up link.

2 hours later and still counting; we're not finding a remedy

Seems like there's a discrepency between the IOS and Android versions? I was repeatedly told to go to Settings - Apps & Devices - Connect Additional Devices. (I'm on Android.)

Also repeating myself a lot, although my first email layed out all the specifics (issue; what I've tried; up-to-date apps; already revoked access via Fitbit.)

Now when I try to reconnect via Noom app, the page simply refreshes- no prompts to sign into fitbit/grant permissions. RIP.

Same issues here, I'm also on Android. Noom support was pretty useless but I did manage to figure out the issue. Go to syncmydevice.com (sounds spammy but it's real!) and revoke Fitbit's permission. Then go back to Noom and go to the Apps & Devices and it should allow you to go to the Fitbit permission page.

Noom told me to go to syncmydevice.com as well.

It doesn't work. The page returns a 404 page not found error.
