Everything was fine now not syncing with strava, have tried revoking access and reseting the link Have spoken to Strava and they say there is a problem with Fitbit pushing data to Strava. Can manually add workouts but no auto sync. Help!

All of a sudden has stopped syncing. Have followed all the steps to revoke and reauthorise Strava at strava.fitbit.com and also tried in app. Strava reports Fitbit is connected but no new activities are uploading.
This is with Fitbit ionic and the activities have GPS on them.
Couple of others on Reddit have reported their Strava also stopped syncing so it's not just me. Surprised no others reporting the issue as it seems to affect multiple people
Please fix. Thanks. User in Australia

Welcome to the Community Forums @Tombi! If you run without the phone with a Charge 3 it will not sync to Strava because there will be no GPS activity. You would need your phone, Strava will only sync GPS related activities. Charge 3 has connected GPS that requires the phone. For more information, check out this article.
Note the following types of activities won't sync to Strava:
Non-GPS activities
However, it is possible that it was a one-time thing and it shouldn't happen again. Sometimes the syncing between the Fitbit and Strava can take some time so I'd definitely recommend that you try giving it more time to make sure it sync. I'd like to ask if the situation has continued to happen since then or if it did start to sync?
I've moved your post to Third-Party Integrations as there are more chances to get related replies here.
I'm looking forward to your reply, keep me posted.

Thanks for your response.
I always take my phone with me and it was working fine till around a week ago.
I read the article and checked all the settings and everything appeared fine.
I went for a run yesterday and, while it was tracked on my Fitbit app including GPS data it then didn't automatically upload to Strava which it used to do within a few seconds of me completing the activity.
I've taken to downloading the activity data and then uploading to Strava which works as a workaround but would be nice to get back to it happening automatically.

Hello there @Tombi, thanks for coming back and letting me know you've done in order to sync your Strava activities.
I'd recommend doing the following:

I have a Fitbit versa and an iPhone, my runs don’t automatically log in to strava even though I am connected to it, is there any other way anyone knows how to install it?

I am in the same boat. I’ve deleted both app as and reloaded and disconnected device and reconnected too. I’m really losing my sense of humor with Fitbit. One problem after the next.

I was able to sync with Strava by doing this on the website on my laptop
rather than using the app on my phone. The app seems to allow syncing, but
it never worked even after running thru various fixes suggested by the
website. But using the website worked perfectly the first time.
But shortly after that, a bigger problem appeared: my Fitbit Surge stopped
syncing with the app on my phone. First it was just very slow to sync and
sync'd randomly, but now it doesn't do it at all, even as I have run thru
everything suggested to correct the problem. I have had the FB since
mid-2017 and have used it 3-4 times a week since for running. Is this
about the expected life of such a device?
Just bought a Garmin with an Amazon Prime deal, so moving on from Fitbit.

Just like, after a year's use, my Fitbit Versa decides to not communicate with Strava, and is not sending rides to Strava. The rides (and GPS track) display in Fitbit app, but will not transfer over to my Strava app. I've restarted watch, disconnected and re connected bluetooth, but o no avail. Is this a symptom of the new software for the Fitbit app? Any suggestions would be welcome.
Thank you. Chris

My runs have stopped appearing on Strava. I have unlinked and relinked both accounts, authorised them on both sides, but in the FitBit App is says the account is still unauthorised. It was fine earlier this week and I haven’t touched the settings in between times.
Anyone?

Mine started working again about a week ago and it even uploaded past workouts with it. Has been fine ever since. My guess it was queuing on a server somewhere and couldn't sync. Now it's fine

I had my icon a few months and absolutely love it. I do a lot of running and my favourite feature was using the run function it really helped me keep a track of my speed and distance. However the past through days these runs are no longer showing up on my Strava!
I have uninstalled both apps, unlinked the apps. Re installed them re linked them but still no joy! On my icon app it just says Strava un authorised. I have authorised it at https://strava.fitbit.com/ but sill not working.

My Fitbit app works perfectly but when I go to 'Strava', it has stopped to upload my stats from Fitbit. I have already tried to disconnect the 2 apps and reconnected them but it's still not working. It worked just fined earlier in the week. Any idea what I could do? I don't want to manually log every run that I complete on 'Strava'.

Welcome back @Merliewhirlie. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.
This usually happens when your Strava app isn't updated, please confirm you have the latest version of it. Also, check that you have link both apps following these steps.
Finally, check that you have enabled all permissions in the Gallery.
Let me know how it goes.

Checked updates and none available was updated a week ago, seems a lot of people are having issues, maybe the update is causing the problems?
