Not syncing with strava

Everything was fine now not syncing with strava, have tried revoking access and reseting the link Have spoken to Strava and they say there is a problem with Fitbit pushing data to Strava. Can manually add workouts but no auto sync. Help!

Thanks for replying!

I came across a post that said after they manually exported the data from Fitbit then manually imported to Strava, it started working automatically again. So after playing around with both of my accounts on the computer, I figured it out and it now works fine.

@ToniLynn00 thank you for the update. Really happy to hear confirmation that the integration is working fine now and that you use the TCX files to uploads the missing activities.

Although Strava is working, no activity except is being synced with MyFitnessPal. I followed all your advice and no results. 

 

Why no SUP activity?

I managed to get it to work in the end which if I remember rightly was Stavas end that the problem was.  You have to make sure it's connected/enabled both sides in your accounts. Fitbits and Stravas.

Not really. It just took logging out of everything and back in. Still happens on occasion but less often
