Update 7/12/2018: We made some updates on our end. Please try again, note that old runs may not populate. If you are still experiencing this, we recommend unlinking the connection from both sides (Fitbit and Strava), then link the accounts again.
Update 7/11/2018: Please check out @Gordon-C's post for the latest update.
Update 7/11/2018: Hi Everyone - We are currently investigating a few reports from users receiving an internal error message, error 500 when trying to sync with Fitbit. I'll post here once I learn more, thanks for calling this out and your patience.

Hi @KateFitbit,
I still have an issue where data from an interval run with GPS is not syncing. Walk, Run, Cycles all work. Just not Intervals.
Can this stay open until this issue is resolved.
Thanks,
Gearoid
Best AnswerI ran my first marathon on 7/15/18. I’m super disappointed that it did not sync to Strava. Perhaps the issue is not quite resolved yet?

@SunsetRunner, @LauraCarey I'm sorry to hear this! Usually, if there is some sort of outage, we see a large volume of reports, someone from our team has reached out via PM.
Since this is an older outage thread, I'll be closing it for further reports.
