WW and Flex not syncing

My fitbit and WW app are not syncing everyday.  Help.  How do I ensure the Fitbit sends the data to WW.  It says it's connected, but a day later I may or may not have activity points ....  TY

@jenlangley Thanks for bringing this into my attention! Your Fitbit account syncs with your Weight Watchers profile, it doesn't matter from where you sync. If they're not syncing every day, relink both accounts. Perhaps this two threads can help:

And I highly recommend that you contact Weight Watchers support to get to know more about the syncing options from their site to Fitbit. Let me know if you have an additional question. Happy stepping! :smileyhappy:
