Withings Scale Integration

I'm getting an error when I try integrate Fitbit's service with my Withings scale. I tried to use this site: https://www.fitbit.com/weight/withings

 

and I get the following error:

  • Cannot link Withings profile at this time. Withings server returned the following error: The userid and publickey do not match, or the user does not share its data.

 

My user name and password are correct. I can see the list of profiles on my account, but once I try to select one and move forward I get the aforementioned error.

Same issue for my wife and me, sharing one Withings Scale, the sync stopped to both Fitbit accounts on Tuesday 28th this month.

sad to confirm the same 😞

however you can sync manually:

withings > partners  > other partners > fitbit > associate

you should see confirmation of conection:

>>Your Fitbit account is currently connected to the Withings profile "XXX"<<

than click on the link:

Download Withings Data (Import all your historical Withings data into Fitbit).

and your Fitbit is updated with recent  Withings data.

...better than nothing

My Withings scale also stopped syncing to Fitbit 4 days ago.

The withings scale integration seems to have stopped today. Anyone else having problems?

Hi, is yours working again now?

 

My Fitbit/Withings stopped synching at the end of June this year. Withings still sends readings to Lose It but not to Fitbit. (My husband, who uses the same scales, same wifi and same model of Fitbit has had no problem.) I set up a new user on our Withings account yesterday and that sent the data over to Fitbit. However, I don't want to lose three years of data. I've disconnected/reconnected countless times using the Fitbit wizard but each time get the same messages:

 

"Unable to download Withings data at this time. Withings server returned the following error: Cannot set value of the field value Field: value" 

 

And under the Status section:

"Uh Oh! We were unable to update Fitbit with your Withings' measurements.
Some things that might solve the issue:
Click "Download Withings Data" on the left.
Go to www.withings.com and make sure that your account is set to "Enable weight data sharing" in "Share / Publish on the web" section.
Click on "Unlink my accounts" on the left and then relink it.
Contact Fitbit customer support."

 

I've contacted Withings and will now contact Fitbit.

Just setting up my Fitbit and wanted to import data from my Withing scale.  I haven't completed the process so don;t know if I will get an error.  I stopped because I received a message asking me to grant Firbit permission to make my Withings profile public.  This concerns me.  Is this temporary?  Would like some explanation before continuing.   I have linked my WIthings scale data with other aps without getting this message.

For anyone who is experiencing an error message, I was able to resolve mine by deleting some old measurements I had added manually into Fitbit.  For some reason this caused connection issues and threw the error message I was getting which was something like "Field: value Field value".

I know this is an old thread, but I am having the same problem today.

The last day it actually synced was Monday (2 days ago).

 

I tried unlinking and relinking, it says it is currently connected to my Withings Profile.

 

When I click the Download Withings Data, I get this message "Unable to download Withings data at this time. Withings server returned the following error: Cannot set value of the field additionalMeasurements Field: more"

 

Any help would be appreciated!  I REALLY don't want to lose this functionality!

A lot of other people (including me) are having this problem. Check out this thread: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Third-Party-Integrations/Withings-change-to-Oauth-2-0-Nokia-Withings... in which a lot of people are reporting the issue.

Same thing happened to me. Monday is the last day it synced. I tried both the solutions listed with the error message: Unlinking and linking again and downloading the data. Looks like something must have happened Monday.

And again. Nothing since 25 Jan. Manual download gives unknown status code.

Hopefully it will magically just start working again like last time. Or not so magically when someone at Fitbit notices...
